Reflect

  1. What have I survived that I never gave myself credit for?

  2. What does self-love look like in this season of my life?

  3. What part of me am I proud of—even if no one else sees it?

  4. What does being enough feel like in my body?

  5. What does my soul want me to know today?

  6. Where have I been too hard on myself lately?

  7. What do I value most about who I am becoming?

  8. What have I grown through that shaped me for the better?

  9. What do I want to feel more of in my life—and what’s one step toward that?

  10. What would it look like to be my own best friend?

Rise

  1. Who am I when I stop trying to prove anything?

  2. What am I ready to believe about myself now?

  3. How would I move today if I loved myself completely?

  4. What boundaries reflect the love I have for myself?

  5. What would my future self thank me for doing today?

  6. What does my most confident, radiant, grounded self want me to embody right now?

  7. What identity am I ready to step into that reflects my worth?

  8. What does rising with love mean to me?

  9. What can I do today that feels like an act of devotion to myself?

  10. How can I return to self-love even when I mess up, fall short, or feel low?

Let these prompts soften what’s been hard.

Step 3: Anchor Into Your Truth

When your words are on the page, let the energy settle in your body.

✨ Say one line from your journaling out loud like an affirmation
💗 Place your hand on your heart and say “I’ve got you. I love you. I’m not going anywhere”
🌸 Do something nurturing—stretch, sip tea, step outside, move your body
📖 Leave your journal open as a reminder of what’s true

Self-love is not a one-time breakthrough.
