What does hypnosis actually feel like?

Most people describe hypnosis as a deeply relaxed, focused state. You’re not asleep, unconscious or “gone.” You can hear me, respond to questions and remain aware of what’s happening throughout the session.

For some people it feels very deep and dreamy. For others, it simply feels like focused attention with their eyes closed. Both are completely normal.

Will I lose control?

No.

Hypnosis isn’t mind control, and you won’t do or say anything against your will. You remain in control throughout the session and can speak, move, open your eyes or stop at any time.

What if I have a really busy mind?

That’s totally fine.

You don’t need to be good at meditation, have a perfectly quiet mind or be especially good at relaxing. Thoughts can still come and go while you’re in hypnosis.

My job is to guide you. You don’t need to “perform” hypnosis correctly.

Can everyone be hypnotized?

Most people can experience hypnosis when they’re willing to participate and engage with the process.

Hypnosis is collaborative. I guide the experience, but you’re actively involved rather than having something “done” to you.

Are sessions online?

Yes. All private sessions are held virtually.

You’ll need a quiet, comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without being interrupted. Headphones are helpful, but not essential.

How should I prepare for my session?

There’s very little you need to do.

Choose somewhere comfortable and private, have some water nearby and give yourself a little space afterward if you can.

Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs before your appointment.

For an Activation Session, you don’t need to arrive knowing exactly why you’re stuck. Just come with the issue or pattern you’d like to work on.

Can I book more than one type of session?

Absolutely.

They’re designed for different purposes, so you may find yourself drawn to different sessions at different points.

What happens during an Activation Session?

We begin by getting clear on the pattern you want to work with.

From there, the session is personalized around you and may include hypnosis, EFT, visualization, subconscious exploration, imagery, suggestion and mental rehearsal.

The intention is to understand what’s happening underneath the problem and begin shifting the beliefs, emotional responses or identity-level patterns connected to it.

What happens during a Hypno-Manifestation Session?

We’ll first get clear on what you want to explore or create.

Then I’ll guide you through hypnosis and future-self work designed to help you experience that desired future from the inside.

You may connect with a future version of yourself, explore what her life looks and feels like, receive insight from her and begin rehearsing the beliefs, behaviors and identity connected to that version of you.

We will also explore and clear any limiting beliefs or subconscious blocks that are standing in the way of your manifestations.

What happens during a Past Life Regression?

I’ll guide you into hypnosis and then gently invite your mind to explore whatever imagery, sensations, emotions, people or experiences naturally emerge.

Your experience might be vivid and visual, or it may come through as impressions, emotions, words or simply a sense of knowing.

Can hypnosis help me manifest something?

Hypnosis can’t guarantee a specific external outcome.

What it can do is help you work with the internal side of manifestation: clarity, identity, beliefs, expectations, emotional responses and the way you mentally rehearse the future you desire.

The Hypno-Manifestation Session is designed around that internal shift rather than promising that hypnosis will magically make something appear.

What if I want deeper support after an Activation Session?

If it feels like there’s more work to do, we can talk about continuing privately after your session.

There’s no pressure to continue.

If you choose an eligible private package within 14 days, your Activation Session investment can be applied toward it.

Is everything private & confidential?

Yes, 100%.

What you share in your private session is treated as confidential, subject to the usual legal and ethical limits that apply to professional services.

Is hypnotherapy a replacement for therapy or medical care?

No.

My work is focused on personal development, performance, subconscious patterns and identity work. It isn’t a substitute for medical diagnosis, psychotherapy or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.

If something is outside the scope of the work I provide, I’ll always be transparent about that.
