A Little Bit About Me

From as young as I can remember, I was captivated by spirituality, manifestation and the transformative power of the mind. So, by 16 it was no surprise to everyone when I announced I wanted to be a hypnotherapist and spiritual teacher. By 18, I was on my way, training at the prestigious Hypnotherapy Training Institute in Corte Madera, California, becoming the youngest graduate, ever.

Shortly after, I launched my first hypnotherapy practice in a little office on the beach in White Rock, BC. So young, that everyone initially thought I was the high school receptionist, before learning that I was, in fact, the Hypnotherapist. During that year, I had the incredible privilege of working with incredible humans, helping clients overcome past traumas, visit past lives, connect with their spirit guides and highest selves, shrink their tumors, stop smoking, manage pain, lose weight, and reprogram limiting beliefs.

Because I was so young, many clients started bringing their teens in to see me for things like confidence, self-esteem, and school struggles. From there, I started hosting evening workshops, that, ultimately and unexpectedly, grew into launching FearlesslyGiRL - an organization dedicated to Creating A Kinder Girl World, which has since impacted over 150,000 girls worldwide. 

My work led to collaborations with iconic brands like HBO, Dove, and Nike, and I've had the honor of hosting events alongside incredible women like Lindsey Vonn, Amy Purdy and Madison Keys and being featured in media outlets like The New York Times, Forbes and Vogue.

After pivoting FG during Covid, I started to feel a calling and a pull I couldn’t ignore to reconnect with my spirituality and reinvent myself. I dove back into my manifestation rituals, meditation, hypnotherapy and studying the subconscious mind, limiting beliefs, quantum physics and spirituality, which led me to the Yes Supply Coaching Certification in 2022.

Now, I return to my roots with a renewed focus: to empower ambitious, passionate women to manifest vibrant, fulfilling lives, overcoming limiting beliefs, and embodying their next level selves. Leveraging over a decade of experience and tangible results from growing my own dream business, I now joyfully combine proven mindset strategies with practical manifestation tools in my signature Hypno-Manifestation Method, helping other women manifest their vision board lives, relationships and businesses. 

And, as I write all this from our beautiful condo in Lagos, Portugal with my sweet pup next to me, my partner of 9 magical years working on his own projects in the other room, the sea breeze blowing in and birds chirping, notifications of payments received popping up on my phone and a heart filled with gratitude, all I can think of is how excited I am to help you manifest a life full of time, location and financial freedom as well…because it is ALL possible. xo
