Hi, I'm KateÂ
I became a certified hypnotherapist at 18 before I’d even graduated high school, attending the Hypnotherapy Training Institute in Corte Madera, CA. While my friends were navigating high school drama, I was learning regression techniques and hypnotic suggestion.
I’ve always been fascinated by the invisible things that shape our lives: beliefs, identity, subconscious patterns, intuition, the stories we carry, and the strange gap that can exist between knowing what we want and actually feeling able to create it.
More than 20 years later, that fascination hasn’t gone anywhere. It’s just gotten deeper.
Today, I help women reprogram their subconscious for what they actually want. Using hypnosis, EFT, visualization and identity work, we shift the beliefs and patterns that keep your desires feeling out of reach and begin embodying the version of you who already feels worthy of, available for and at home in the life you’re manifesting.
FEATURED IN
But my path here wasn’t exactly linear...
Â
Alongside my work in hypnotherapy, I spent nearly two decades building businesses, speaking, writing and creating wonderful things from scratch.
I founded FearlesslyGiRL, a global girls’ empowerment organization that reached more than 250,000 girls and worked with brands including Dove, Nike, HBO, Instagram and Evian.
My work has been featured in outlets including The New York Times, Forbes and Vogue, and I’ve had the opportunity to work with everyone from Olympic athletes and corporate executives to entrepreneurs, founders and women simply trying to figure out their next chapter.
And through all of it, I kept coming back to the same thing:
So much of what we create externally is shaped by what we believe, expect and identify with internally.
You can have the strategy. You can have the vision. You can know exactly what you should do next.
And still find yourself hesitating, hiding, overthinking, shrinking, repeating the same pattern or feeling strangely disconnected from the future you desire.
That’s where the subconscious gets interesting...
Why This Work
Â
For years, hypnotherapy was something I carried with me while building other things, and it became my superpower as an entrepreneur.
Eventually, I realized it was the work I wanted to come back to fully.
Not because I believe every problem can be solved by “thinking positive.” Quite the opposite.
I’m interested in the deeper work.
Why does one part of you desperately want something while another part keeps resisting it?
Why do certain fears, patterns or beliefs feel so stubborn even when you intellectually know better?
What changes when you stop trying to force yourself forward and start working with the part of your mind that has been quietly shaping your responses all along?
And what becomes possible when the future you want starts to feel less foreign and more like somewhere you belong?
Those are the questions behind everything I do now.
My Approach
Â
My work lives somewhere between science, strategy, subconscious exploration and a healthy respect for the wonderfully weird reality we find ourselves in.
Sometimes we’re working with a very practical business block.
Sometimes we’re connecting with a future version of you.
Sometimes we’re following your subconscious into imagery or experiences you never expected to find.
I don’t believe every session needs to fit neatly into one worldview.
You can love neuroscience and manifestation. You can be deeply ambitious and deeply spiritual. You can approach Past Life Regression as sacred, symbolic or simply fascinating.
There’s room for all of it here. My job isn’t to tell you what to believe.
It’s to create the space, ask the right questions, guide the process and help you discover what your own mind has to show you.
Let's Work Together
And yes, I practice what I preach.
Â
A few years ago, the life I’m living now existed mostly in my imagination...where all great things begin.
Today, I live on the tiny Mediterranean island of Gozo with my partner and our extremely spoiled Goldendoodle, Cosmo. We have acres of gardens to explore, chickens, sheep, and our resident horse, Tony - looking even more handsome than he did on my vision board.
My work looks different. My days look different.
I’ve changed businesses, identities, countries and definitions of success more than once.
And I think that’s part of why I care so much about becoming.
We’re allowed to change our minds. We’re allowed to want something different. We’re allowed to outgrow identities that once fit perfectly. And we’re allowed to consciously participate in who we become next.
That’s really what this work is about for me. Not fixing yourself. Not endlessly digging for what’s wrong.
But understanding yourself more deeply, releasing what no longer belongs, and making more room for what does.
