Heal

What do I wish I had said or expressed today?

What wound or belief got activated—and what does it need from me now?

How can I hold space for the emotions I didn’t get to process earlier?

Where do I still need to offer myself compassion or grace?

What am I learning about the way I love, protect, or abandon myself?

What does my heart need to hear before I fall asleep?

Release

Let your words hold the weight so your body doesn’t have to.
Step 3: End With an Integration Ritual
After journaling, let your body and spirit absorb what you’ve moved.
🌙 Speak your favorite sentence or affirmation from the page out loud
💗 Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Breathe deeply
🛏 Turn off the lights and visualize a soft golden glow wrapping around you
🎧 Listen to a healing sleep track, hypnosis, or your own voice speaking love over yourself
You’ve done enough.
You are enough.
Let rest carry you into a new version of yourself.
