Terms of Service

By purchasing or participating in any service, program, session, or training with Kate Whitfield, you agree that results are not guaranteed. The transformation process is deeply personal and varies for each individual. Kate Whitfield and her affiliates cannot be held liable for any outcomes, perceived or actual.

Privacy Policy

All personal information shared with KateWhitfield.com is treated as confidential. Your data will only be used to deliver services, provide client support, and enhance your experience. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel a 1:1 session, at least 24 hours' notice is required. Sessions canceled within less than 24 hours are forfeited and are non-refundable. For group programs or digital products, cancellations are not applicable.

Refund Policy

All purchases—whether digital products, live programs, hypnosis sessions, coaching packages, or bundles—are final sale. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstance.

Payment & Billing Policy

Payment is required in full to secure your session, package, or product access. If you're on a payment plan, you are committing to completing all scheduled payments, regardless of your participation level or completion of the program. Missed payments may result in account suspension until the balance is paid.

Pricing Policy

Kate Whitfield reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Existing clients on active packages will retain their original rate until the end of their term. Renewal or continuation of services will reflect current pricing listed at katewhitfield.com.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content—digital downloads, hypnosis recordings, scripts, worksheets, trainings, and sessions—are the intellectual property of Kate Whitfield. These materials are for personal use only. You agree not to reproduce, share, edit, resell, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

Termination of Agreement

If you wish to terminate a service or package before its completion, you are still responsible for the full balance due. No partial refunds or cancellations of outstanding payments will be provided once your agreement has begun.

These services do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and should not replace professional healthcare.
