Start by tuning into the fear. Rate its intensity on a scale of 0 to 10.
Then, while tapping the side of your hand, repeat this 3 times:
“Even though I feel afraid to move forward, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.”
Step 2: Tap Through the Points
Top of head:
This fear is keeping me stuck
Eyebrow:
I’m afraid of getting it wrong
Side of eye:
What if I fail?
Under eye:
What if people judge me?
Under nose:
I feel frozen and unsure
Chin:
My fear feels bigger than my courage right now
Collarbone:
I want to take action but I’m scared
Under arm:
I’m tired of holding myself back
Let these words reflect what’s real. Be honest. Feel it fully so you can release it completely.
Step 3: Reframe into Courage and Alignment
As the intensity softens, begin to shift your focus to empowerment.
Top of head:
I choose to feel calm and clear
Eyebrow:
It’s safe for me to take the next step
Side of eye:
I don’t have to get it perfect to move forward
Under eye:
I trust that aligned action creates momentum
Under nose:
I can feel fear and still show up
Chin:
I am brave, capable, and powerful
Collarbone:
I am safe to expand
Under arm:
Courage lives in me now
Breathe deeply. Feel your body soften and open. Imagine your next aligned action already done with ease and confidence.
Step 4: Anchor and Move
Place your hands over your heart. Say:
“I release fear. I choose clarity. I move forward now.”
Then take one small action — send the message, hit publish, make the decision. Let it be a celebration, not a chore. Let it be your declaration of momentum.
