  4. What parts of my personality or energy feel like gifts?

  5. What makes me feel most alive?

  6. What does self-love look like through the lens of gratitude?

Gratitude for the Journey

  1. What past version of me am I most proud of?

  2. What challenges or detours actually led me somewhere better?

  3. What lessons have helped shape my strength, softness, or wisdom?

  4. What spiritual or personal breakthroughs have changed my life?

  5. What have I let go of that created space for better?

  6. What does it feel like to be in deep trust with my journey?
